30-Day Return Requests
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.
Ordinary Return Conditions
You may try on a garment to check fit. Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, free of stains and odors, in original condition and packaging, with supplied tags retained.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order number and issue details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund and bear necessary return shipping costs. Ordinary return conditions do not exclude a claim because of the defect, damage or incorrect item itself.

You pay return shipping to France for a change-of-mind return. We cover necessary return shipping for company errors, damaged or defective goods. Fees & Refund Timing
There is no restocking fee. After the return is received and inspected, an approved refund is automatically returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days of approval.
